Lawmates (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) is an online learning website for law aspirants by Lawmates.
The term ‘User’ refers to a visitor of the website who consents to share their information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, city, state, phone number, e-mail ID, and career interests (hereinafter collectively referred to as “information”) with trusted and relevant educational institutions, such as law colleges, coaching institutions, etc.

10.3 The User can inform us or any third party to stop using or limit our use of their personal information.
10.4 The User can also ask us to erase or delete their personal information
10.5 If the User chooses to delete their account, all their personal information will be deleted.

Right to Correction and Erasure: Request correction, completion, or deletion of inaccurate or outdated personal data.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between the Parties during and / or out of course of; arising out of; and / or as a consequence of this Privacy Policy shall be promptly intimated by the disputing Party to the other Party, and the same shall be amicably resolved by the Parties within further 25 days. Either Party may, in the event that such dispute is not resolved amicably, issue a Notice of 15 days to the other Party for resolving the same by Arbitration proceedings governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the venue for the same shall be at Chandigarh.
11. Change in terms of Privacy Policy
Lawmates reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time, as and when needed. We request that you regularly review these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to stay apprised of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any change to the Privacy Policy.
12. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
