Job Title: Associate – Corporate Transactions
Location: Remote
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate to join a fast-paced corporate transactions practice. This role involves working on a variety of high-value corporate matters, primarily focusing on investment transactions and ESOP structuring.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring and executing corporate transactions, including investments and ESOPs.
- Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Conduct legal research and due diligence related to corporate transactions.
- Support senior team members in managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of corporate law.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in corporate transactions.
- Ability to analyze and understand investment transaction structures.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Work Expectations
This is a 100% remote role. However, applicants must understand that flexibility comes with responsibility. You will be expected to take ownership of your work and deliver consistently in a professional environment.
