Job Title: Legal Associate
Location: Remote
Stipend: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support legal work in the areas of banking law, arbitration, and legal drafting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, contract drafting, and arbitration proceedings while working in a dynamic professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on arbitration laws, banking regulations, and financial legal frameworks.
• Interact directly with clients to understand their concerns and provide preliminary guidance.
• Assist in preparing case briefs, legal opinions, and documentation.
• Support arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings, submissions, and related documents.

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Basic understanding of arbitration laws and banking regulations.
• Good communication and client-handling skills will be an added advantage.
