Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Lead and manage end-to-end legal recovery actions (Secured & Unsecured) and handle all For & Against litigation matters across civil and criminal courts.
2. Drive recovery actions under: SARFAESI Act. 2002, Negotiable Instruments Act (Sec. 138) Arbitration & Conciliation Act, DRT & DRAT proceedings, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
3. Coordinate with external advocates resolution professionals. and law enforcement agencies to ensure timely case handling and recovery.
4. Handle drafting and vetting of legal notices writs, plaints, written statements, affidavits, and arbitration applications.
5. Manage regulatory compliance matters including escalated customer complaints, RBI queries, and consumer forum cases.
   ⁃ Lead and supervise a team of legal professionals, including setting targets and reviewing MIS reports.
   ⁃ Provide strategic legal advisory to business, collections, and recovery teams on mortgage underwriting and NPA-related risks.

Candidate Profile:-

• – LL.B from a reputed university.
• – 5-10+years of PQE in Litigation Management within a Bank / NBFC Strong command over Civil Law. Criminal Law, Property Law, and Recovery Laws.
• – Experience managing teams of 3+ members .
• – Willingness to travel across assiqned locations for court matters.

Key Skills Required:

• – Expertise in SARFAESI proceedings and Arbitration with Exposure to Car Finance, LAP, and Two-Wheeler Finance products.
• – Strong analytical and negotiation skills, Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and legal case management tools
